To continuously contribute to the specialization of the team, we develop training programs within each department's area of expertise and according to the interests of each employee. Finally, we closely monitor issues discussed in our country and seek to provide answers to them, particularly in the search for new talent in conjunction with the IEFP (Institute for Employment and Vocational Training).

Throughout the year we seek to promote volunteer initiatives among our employees and with institutions dedicated to social support, in order to helpthem in their mission.
We are developing a project where, in the future, we will bring financial literacy programs, family budget management, risks of over-indebtedness, responsible use of credit to schools, private social solidarity institutions, and parish councils.
Finally, we believe that, increasingly, companies must be active agents in our society and that they must contribute to environmental sustainability. Thus, we seek to develop collective volunteer days where we all come together to clean beaches, parks, rivers and plant trees.
